Professional Experience:

In addition to being an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Wayne State University Business School teaching Principles of Quality Management, Global Supply Chain Management, Operations and Global Supply Chain, John Boulahanis, P.E. is the Managing Member and Owner of JAMA Consulting. His firm provides business and Executive Coaching services. His clients include startup to fortune 500 companies. He has more than 20 years of global professional experience in Product Development, Automotive and Non-Automotive Manufacturing, Testing & Quality and in multiple Service Industries. He leverages Emotional Intelligence, Culture Evaluation,  Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering & Productivity, Transformational Change Management, Continuous Improvement & Kaizen, Benchmarking/Best Practices, Training & Development, Supply Chain Management and Total Productive Maintenance in his engagements and has conducted numerous Lean Six Sigma projects in the manufacturing & service industries across all functional areas of the business.  John is also an Executive Coach and has worked with many individuals to help them more successfully maneuver in their current space.

Professional Qualifications:

John Boulahanis holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor Michigan, a Masters Degree of Science in Electronics and Computer Control Systems from Wayne State University Detroit Michigan, and a Bachelors Degree of Science in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield Michigan. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (Michigan), and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ). He is trained in Emotional Intelligence and other Assessment tools used in Executive Coaching.  He has also been trained in the Vital Smarts Influencer, Crucial Conversations, Crucial Confrontations, and Change Anything core behavior programs.
