Position Description & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a high potential Quality Management professional to help drive our Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement processes to the next level. Our rapid growth rate and need for talented leaders ensures future opportunities for personal advancement.
Responsibilities: Establish and maintain a Quality Management System based on ISO/TS 16949. Drive Continuous Improvement processes throughout all functions of the business. Help to drive a Lean manufacturing transformation throughout the organization and supply chain. Drive advanced quality planning processes for new products and services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Skills/Experience: BS Engineering or equivalent, Minimum of 4 years experience in automotive OE supplier (prefer experience with GM requirements), ASQ certified CQE/CQM/BB/MBB preferred, Experience in Lean Operating System transformation (leading Kaizens) preferred.
